If you are placing an order from outside of Pakistan, the currency of your order will switch from your home currency to PKR during checkout. You will, however, still be charged in your own currency in your credit card bill.

Return Policy
All return inquiries must be emailed to support@wfleathercraft.com. You MUST receive a Return Authorization from us before taking further steps on your end to return the product.
All eligible products carry a 7 day inspection period. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original product packaging. Due to the nature of handmade leather products, any signs of use, stretching, etc of the leather will render the item not eligible for a return.
Please note that, since every leather hide is unique and as such, each will have its own individual markings. Typical hides will have; stretch marks, small holes, scars, etc. When the leather is processed, this top layer of the skin is buffed and sanded to try and remove these marks. Once the leather has been tanned, any residual marks become almost imperceptible but are occasionally visible. Do not worry about this. It adds to the charm of the product, as you are not purchasing an artificial leather, but natural hide with imperfections.

All the leather that we use is carefully checked for any markings and we will allow smaller marks. Hence, no refund is possible once in this case.

If you think the item is damaged (like stitches are broken, leather is damaged), we can either exchange the item or refund you. However, if you don't like the product and it's not up to your expectations, no refund will be provided, as all our products are handmade.

If you are returning an item to us, please include your contact information in the package. Your contact information should include your full name, a return address, daytime telephone number and/or email address. Please explain the reason for the return and the outcome you desire.

Made-To-Order Items cannot be returned. 
Return Shipping Charges
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Any original shipping costs and return costs are non-refundable unless the product is found to be defective upon delivery due to a fault of our own. Natural marks on the leather are not grounds for a defective item and the buyer will need to cover return shipping costs.
You should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not liable for loss of an item that has been shipped back to us.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, generally within 7 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@wfleathercraft.com so that we can investigate the issue for you.
Differences in Current Product Pricing and Time of Refund
It is possible that your returned item has changed in price from when you originally placed your order and paid in full. All refunds will be issued based on what you paid for the product at the time of order.
Exchanges
Requests for product exchanges will be handled on a case by case basis for various reasons including availability and pricing differences.
If you have been approved for an exchange and have changed your mind or would prefer a different color/item, you will be responsible for associated shipping costs.
 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Order
If you've received a damaged/defective item or you received an incorrect order, we will replace the item at no cost to you. Please email us at support@wfleathercraft.com with details regarding the order so that we can make it right for you.
When returning an item to us, please include your contact information in the package. You can print the email confirmation, or supply a written note with your Name, Return Address, Phone, and Email.
