Return Policy
All return inquiries must be sent to support@wfleathercraft.com. You must receive a Return Authorization before taking any steps to send your item back.
Eligible products carry a 14-day inspection period from the date of purchase. After 14 days, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and returned in its original packaging.
Because all our leather products are handmade from natural hides, minor marks, stretch lines, or small imperfections are normal characteristics and not defects. These natural details highlight the authenticity and individuality of real leather.
Each hide is inspected before crafting, and small natural marks are accepted as part of the product’s uniqueness. Therefore, no refund is possible due to natural leather variations.
If your item arrives damaged (such as broken stitches or torn leather), we will offer an exchange. However, refunds will not be issued for personal preference, as each product is handcrafted.
When returning an item, please include your full name, return address, phone number, and email address, along with a short note explaining the reason for the return and your preferred resolution.
Please note: Made-to-Order items cannot be returned.
Return Shipping Charges
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective due to our fault.
Shipping fees—both original and return—are non-refundable unless a confirmed defect is found upon inspection.
Natural marks on leather are not considered defects, and such returns must be covered by the buyer.
We do not offer pickup services; please drop off the return at your nearest courier office.
Use a trackable shipping method or purchase shipping insurance. WF Leathercraft is not liable for lost return shipments.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirmation.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within approximately 7 business days.
Refunds may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider’s processing times.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund, please check your bank account, then contact your credit card company or bank, as posting times vary.
If more than a reasonable period has passed, contact us at support@wfleathercraft.com so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
Differences in Current Product Pricing and Time of Refund
If product pricing changes between the purchase and the refund request, the refund amount will reflect the original purchase price only.
Discounts or new pricing after your order cannot be applied retroactively to refunded items.
Exchanges
Exchange requests are handled case by case based on product availability and price differences.
If an exchange is approved but you choose a different item or color, you are responsible for the associated shipping costs.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Order
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, WF Leathercraft will replace the item at no cost to you.
Please email us at support@wfleathercraft.com with your order details and photos so we can assist you quickly.
When returning such an item, include your contact details (Name, Return Address, Phone, and Email) inside the package for processing.
